I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was outstanding. I couldn't believe I got such a comfortable room at such a reasonable price. Secondly, the location was perfect for me as it was close to St George's park where I needed to be the next day. Finally, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home.

Everything was great, nothing to improve.

The rooms were excellent, nothing too much trouble, a great place for exploring the area and would stay there again.

Located in the heart of the city and easily accessible. The room was tidy and well furnished with excellent lighting and temperature control. The breakfast was filling and delicious, and the staff were prompt and courteous in their service.

The sound system in the room was of poor quality and spoiled the TV viewing experience. The attached restaurant was not up to the mark in terms of timely service and being adequately staffed.

This hotel is in a great location, close to St George's park where we needed to be early next day. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, allowing us to drop off our bags early and even putting them in our room for us. The room was spotless and well prepared, with all the basic amenities we needed. We also had a beautiful view from our room, although the road outside was a bit noisy so we didn't open the window. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced, with a good choice available.

Great location near major landmarks and easy to find. Booked online which was very convenient and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good quality pillows. the continental breakfast at the restaurant next door was abundant with different options for every taste. Loved the fact that we could get more tea bags from the reception.

The shower pressure was quite low and the carpets could have been cleaner, but these were minor issues in light of the overall experience.
